Terms and Condations 1. Scope of Application Visit UK Hotels is providing it’s services as a retailer. If not stated differently, each booking will be agreed between the service provider and customer. 3. Prices Validation of all Visit UK Hotels published availabilities and rates refer to the day of the request and a guaranteed reservation. Hotels may update rates and availabilities within the system at any time. These changes do not affect confirmed reservations. All rights and obligations arising from the ensuing accommodation contract exist directly and exclusively between the booking party and his/her chosen Hotel. All prices include service and VAT. 4. Availability All rooms offered are available at the time of booking. A limited number of rooms are retained and allocated to packages. Allocations that are not used will be made available for sale immediately. 5. Guarantee To guarantee a reservation a credit card number or pre-payment is required. All major credit cards are accepted. Visit UK Hotels will accept prepayments on behalf of the Hotel. In the case of Travel or Booking Agents with credit accounts, a fax or email will suffice. Credit facilities are not offered to private individuals. 6. Cancellations & Non-arrivals All reservations may be cancelled without charge up to 24 hours before 13:00 (London Time) on the day of arrival. After this time a charge will be made for the first night and the reminder of the booking cancelled. 7. Data Protection We will not use or pass to any third party your personal details without your express permission. 8. Miscellaneous Precautions have been taken in the compilation of this information. We accept no liability for any errors in the processing or transmission of data. The transfer of data into another media, entire or in part, or use for the purposes other than those provided her, is only allowed with the express permission of Visit UK Hotels.
