Many of the features of the Russell Hotel's 1898 building remain intact. The marble lobby features large columns and glass chandeliers with fresh flowers on black marble tables. The lobby's mosaic floor is one of the original features that has been restored after being covered up because of damage incurred during World War II bombings. The hotel amenities include a multilingual staff at the 24-hour front desk and concierge services.
Fitzroy Doll's Restaurant is named after the designer Fitzroy Doll, who also worked on the Titanic. The hotel restaurant is almost identical to the restaurant on the Titanic; and serves buffet breakfasts and a la carte dinners.
