This family run guest house offers hotel facilities with all rooms fully en suite with Free Wi-Fi/Wireless LAN Broadband Internet access, only 10 minutes from Heathrow Airport and Twickenham rugby ground. All room facilities have been completely upgraded and offer new Grohe power showers. Some rooms have baths. No smoking is allowed throughout the building. We are 3 diamond rated. We also have special short/long term rates as well as free holiday parking up to 15 days with CCTV included with any booking.

All reservations must be cancelled 3 days in advance of your arrival date. For cancellations made thereafter, or no-shows, the cost of the entire reservation for all nights booked will be charged. The cancellation policy may vary per room type; please check the room description as well.

Room Information

All rooms are furnished with a private en suite bathroom, which includes a Grohe power shower, hand basin and toilet. Each room has a direct dial telephone, a colour TV with built-in video or DVD, teletext and satellite (Sky TV or Zee TV), a hairdryer, ironing equipment, digital electronic safe, tea/coffee making facilities, a fridge and ceiling and desk fans. Wi-Fi internet access throughout the building. Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the building. Disabled room facilities are also available. A left luggage facility is available upon checking out. The service is free for the remainder of the day. Thereafter, a cost of between 3 and 5 GBP per day, per bag comes into effect.

Breakfast is served in the dining room between 07:00 and 08:30 each day. Continental breakfast is 4 GBP per person. Full English breakfast is 6 GBP per person.

Getting there

From the M1/M40/M25 get on to the M4 heading for London. Take junction 3 (Hounslow A3006 turn off) of the M4. You will immediately come to a big roundabout, take the 3rd exit following signs for Central London / A4. Go through one set of traffic loghts then you will come to Waggoners roundabout. Take the first left on to the A4. Carry on straight then go straight over Henlys roundabout (you will see Macdonalds on your right hand side) but get into the right hand lane and go through the traffic lights following signs for Hounslow/A3006. Carry on for approx. 2 miles going through 4 sets of traffic lights when eventually on the 5th set of lights you have to turn left (Yates Oub) on to Lampton Road which is at the top end of Hounslow High Street. After about 300 yard you will see the Guest House on your right hand side. Is s a 4 storey Victorian House with 2 white pillars with lights on at the fron. There is car parking at the rear of the Guest House. Take the first right turn immediately after the Guest House on to Queens Road. After 50 yards turn right into an alleyway then after a further 20 yards you will see the car park on your right. You can walk up the side of the building to get to the front door.
