- Pets : No pets allowed in the hotel
- Cards accepted at the hotel : Visa , Maestro , American Express , MasterCard
- Cancellations : In the event of a no show or a cancellation with less than 1 day notice prior to the date of arrival, an amount equivalent to one nights average cost of accomodation will be charged.
- Child Policy : Children upto and including the age of 1 stay free. Children over the age of 1 are charged as adults.
- Policy Comments : If the booking is not cancelled before 16:00 on the day prior to arrival, your credit card will be charged with the full amount of the booking. We reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to refuse bookings, at any time, made for single sex groups. Please note that for all New Year bookings your card will be charged in full prior to arrival. In the event of a late cancellation all charges are non-refundable. On check-in, you will be asked for a credit card to take a pre-authorisation from for your stay, if you wish to pay cash you will be asked for payment before checking in.

Small Double (Internal Rooms With No View) - Room Only
Double 1Grand Lit Chambre : double 1Grand Lit : Chambre double All Small Double rooms are internal room and offer no views, although small. They where all fully refurbished in May 2006 and do have a full size double bed, they are en suite,have a TV with satellite and pay for view movies and tea and coffee making facilities. All of our Junior Double rooms are internal and offer no view at all. Room Only

Getting there |
| From the M6: - Continue onto the A74(M) exiting at junction 13 onto the A702 which eventually leads right into Edinburgh. - Once in the city, follow signs for Edinburgh Waverley train station. The hotel is almost opposite the Princes Street exit. From the A1: - Follow the A1(M) for Edinburgh. - Follow signs for city centre and then Waverley train station. The hotel is almost opposite the Prices Street exit. The hotel has no car parking of it own, though guests of the hotel receive a 20% discount on parking at the nearby Greenside Place NCP on Leith Street (just of the East End of Princes Street). Please bring the ticket you get from the car park to the hotel reception to get this discount.
