Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to check in time to us here at our website or by fax or email, by 13:00 hours (London time) failing this will result in one night charge for late cancellation or no shows.
General: The Hotel reserves the right to use another hotel in the same category or higher in the unlikely event of the hotel being unable to accommodate the reservation for whatever reason.

The Eden Plaza Hotel is ideally situated in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. The hotel is just a few minutes walk from Gloucester Road underground station and South Kensington station, with it's direct connection to all four Heathrow Airport Terminals. The Eden Plaza Hotel is close to the Cromwell Road which is the A4 and the main route into and out of London giving direct access to Heathrow Airport.
The Eden Plaza couldn't be better located for some of the best shopping London has to offer at South Kensington, Knightsbridge (Harrods), Kensington and Kings Road Chelsea. Also well located for Earls Court Exhibition Centre. Almost opposite the Natural History and Science Museum and walking distance from Hyde Park. Other nearby attractions include the Royal Albert Hall and the Victoria and Albert Museum.
