Hotel Information |
The Rosemount Hotel located approximately 15 minutes to London Heathrow Airport close to London Underground (Piccadilly Line). Guests can relax with a glass of wine or a cold beer in the hotel's restaurant and laptop users can catch up on emails or surf the web via wireless Internet access, available throughout the building. Internet facilities are available in the hotel as well as a shared internet station on the lobby area. To have access to it, guest will have the contact the reception for an access code. The charges will be as is follows: 30 min...£1.00, 1 hour...£1.50, 1 day...£4.50 |

Hotel Policies |

| Your room is reserved up to 6pm on the arrival date unless you have specifically informed us of a late check in. Your reservation will be confirmed at time of booking. In the case of internet bookings, a confirmation email will be sent within 24hours, your booking is NOT confirmed until you are in receipt of this email.
You can guarantee your room by giving your credit or debit card details at the time of booking or by paying for your room in full when you make the reservation. Payment can be made by debit / credit card, cheque or Cash.
The Rosemount Hotel must receive all cheques at least five (5) working days before the arrival date. The Rosemount Hotel regrets that if a cheque is received late or dishonoured it may not be able to keep the room available. |

| Rooms are available from 2pm on the arrival date.
Please let our reservation or reception staff know if you are likely to arrive after 6pm.
Your room must be vacated by 12 noon on the day of departure. Failure to leave your room by this time will result in additional charges up to and including the cost of one night's accommodation. |
